ServLink-E (SLE) Inspection

Modified on Tue, 30 May, 2023 at 9:25 AM

If you are experiencing issues with connecting to your controller using a ServLink-E (SLE), please confirm:

  • The device is powered on (power LED is on).
  • An Ethernet cable (Cat5/Cat6) is securely inserted into the "ETHERNET" port.
  • The adapter PCB is securely fastened to the ServLink.
  • The ribbon cable is securely and properly connected to the adapter PCB and the controller. Check for any kinks, crimps, cuts, or abrasions to the ribbon cable.
  • The following network requirements are met:
    • A valid internet connection. International internet traffic to and from Denmark must be allowed.

    • The SLE has been assigned an internal IP address, gateway IP, DNS server address etc. This is typically performed by the DHCP server in your router if using a dynamic internal IP addressing scheme.

    • DNS to lookup IP of mqtt.mysrc.online.

    • Network open for outgoing traffic on port 443 (DNS & NTP only).

    • NTP access (Optional, for timestamping the internal log. Not needed for function.)

If your network is controlled or managed by IT, you may need to submit a wired device request to them along with the MAC address of the ServLink-E, which is displayed on the label on the bottom of the SLE.
