WIN-400 Inspection

Modified on Wed, 17 May, 2023 at 1:18 PM

If you are experiencing issues with connecting to your controller via the WIN-400 4G cell modem, please confirm:

  • An antenna cable (SMA-male) in securely fastened onto the "WWAN Main" connector.
  • An Ethernet cable (Cat5/Cat6) is securely inserted into the "LAN" Ethernet (RJ-45) port of the cell modem and the Ethernet (RJ-45) port on the LAN-200 board.
  • The LAN Ethernet port has an orange LED on the left. The green LED on the right will flash when communicating.
  • The modem has power (System State), is connected to the 4G network (WWAN State) and a signal (WWAN Signal Strength) - this can be determined by viewing the System & WWAN LEDs:

If the issue persists, perform a LAN-200 Inspection.
