Performing the Initial Sync for RK+ Controllers

Modified on Mon, 24 Mar at 8:43 AM

When a RK+ controller is initially brought online, the server must communicate that it is web-enabled. This process allows for the monitoring of data such as program and station start/stop times, programming changes, and more. By performing an initial sync, users can begin using RealNet for adding & syncing controller data.

Note: Users require a RealNet account & access to perform the following action.

  1. Navigate to https://tucor.mysrc.online/ & login.
  2. Select the controller you would like to perform the initial sync.
  3. Navigate to the Sync menu.
  4. Sync from the controller to server. If the boxes are not already highlighted, select all boxes on the "Controller side". outside of "System". Reference the below image for an example. Select "Sync now".
  5. Sync from the server to controller by selecting all boxes on the "Server side". Select "Sync now".
  6. Once complete, you are ready to proceed with using Cycle Manager & other RealNet platforms.
